At Lace Mystic, we strive to provide you with a magical and satisfying shopping experience. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the conditions below are met.
Exchange Conditions
To ensure the safety and quality of our products, we maintain a clear and careful exchange policy.
Items eligible for exchange:
- Products in their original, unused condition.
- All tags, accessories, and original packaging must be intact.
Items not eligible for exchange:
- Items that show signs of use.
- Products without their original packaging or with broken seals (when applicable).
- Intimate items whose sealed packaging has been opened, due to hygiene reasons.
Note: If an item is returned and does not meet these criteria, it will be sent back to the sender without an exchange or store credit.
How to Request an Exchange

Email us at support@mysticlinegriestore.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for exchange, and photos of the item (if applicable). -
Follow Instructions
You will receive return instructions and the address for sending your item back. - Ship the Item
- Carefully repackage the product, preferably in its original packaging.
- Include a note with your order number inside the package.
- Use a shipping method with a tracking number and send the tracking code to us by email.
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
