If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to qualify. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of returning the item is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error, such as sending the wrong item.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. Once we receive the returned item, it will be processed within 10 business days.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours, including photos of the issue. We will promptly resolve the matter by offering a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

To ensure fairness and quality for all customers, the following items cannot be returned: items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer; promotional or discounted items (unless we sent the wrong item); and items returned without prior authorization from our support team.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Do not send back items without prior authorization, as they may not be processed.

To keep our prices competitive, we work with fulfillment centers in various regions. Orders may ship from different locations, and delivery times vary depending on your country. Return processing may take up to 10 business days after we receive the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is processed. Unlike large retailers with centralized warehouses, our logistics network allows us to offer a wide range of products at better prices. Because of this, deliveries may occasionally take longer.
